I. Pre-Signing Lease

1.  Ensure parameters captured in line with negotiation settlements as per LOI /RFP

2. Ensure agreement on Start Date, End date, Rent/Sq.Ft, CAM

3. Ensure all documentation of 'no lien' & 'work completion' certificate are published

4 . Verify lease has all 'TBD - To Be Disclosed' filled out

5 . Ensure Guarantors and their details are captured on lease

6. Ensure Exhibits are captured correctly and in place

7. Send 3 attachments for signatures
