Download auto-invoices from vendor websites (details on EB) and upload on drive and RP
Create APs to Vendor works
Check for invoices with auto debit and ensure they are paid on time
Check the AP ageing to pay the pending bills
Pay all the AP invoices within due dates
Track the expenses of utilities, vendors, taxes
Monthly Report Checking - 12 Month Forecast
Ensure Rent and CAM are correct - has to be explanations if there are increases or decrease
Ensure Water Reimbursements in Income Component matches that of the 6286-0000 - Water Payments in Non Operating Expenses
All Utility payments to be booked EVERY month
Check abnormal increase in Utility payments and/ or if amounts increase more than AMC agreed payments
Verify increases (reasons for increase in Onsite Property Management Fee and Mortgage Payments)
-Check non operating expenses are booked as per EB

Check for all the payment received month wise for tenants and other business entities
Check all the invoices with pending AR, date and description and follow up with tenant for payments
Check the description for each invoice for correct payments received
AP Ledger
Check for all the payments made month on month
Check the description for each invoice paid
Run the 12 month forecasting report
Run the 12 month forecast report for all entities
check line by line all entries are captured as per SNDA , AR and AP
Check for any discrepencies over last month
Check all the vendor invoices are captured
Entries as per EB
Check EB invoicing frequency and create AR and corresponding AP as per the COA and description.
Create AR, AP with description given for each transaction
